Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting & finance)
- 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA license strongly preferred or certified management accountant
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Access, C-Quill or Tableaux experience is a huge plus.
- Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Must have maintenance of General Ledger & GAAP compliance
- AP/ AR Management, Monthly, Quarterly Year End closing & audits
- Accounting Software: Oracle Hyperion, ERP: LN and SAP
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-related matters
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed
