Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field
- 1-3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments
- Technical aptitude for analyzing production processes and equipment safety
- Strong analytical skills for quality system and GMP compliance
- Proficient in interpreting manufacturing regulatory standards
- Ability to assess manufacturing risks and implement preventative measures
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safe work practices across production lines
- Monitor manufacturing equipment safety protocols
- Conduct risk assessments for production processes
- Manage safety documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) implementation
- Develop safety training for manufacturing personnel
- Perform internal manufacturing safety audits
- Track production-related safety metrics
- Investigate manufacturing incidents and near-misses
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing safety systems
- Coordinate emergency response procedures for production environments
- Lead safety suggestion and incident prevention programs
