Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MS, or MBA) in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or genomics industry
- Demonstrated experience with NGS technologies, sequencing platforms, or molecular diagnostics
- Track record of successful product launches and market penetration
- Knowledge of emerging sequencing technologies (long-read, single-cell, spatial genomics)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Define and execute comprehensive product roadmaps for NGS platforms, reagents, and bioinformatics solutions
- Partner with engineering, bioinformatics, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Develop compelling value propositions and positioning strategies for diverse market segments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements and product specifications
