Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with testing electronic and mechanical systems and/or vehicles
- Experience in developing system functions and cascading requirements to system components
- Ability to debug electrical and mechanical development and production issues
- Experience in new product introduction of electro-mechanical, programmed, and software configured products
- Develop and improve new and existing electromechanical systems
- Strong fundamental understanding of electronics design and analysis experience, including power supplies, motor control, digital control and sensor conditioning.
- Review the proposed designs and participate in evaluation and testing of the hardware.
- Work closely with R&D and Production to define test system requirements to ensure the product meets specifications and to mitigate any potential product and process risks.
- Fluency in manufacturing and quality management systems, especially Root Cause & Corrective Action processes.
- Document and communicate updates to the necessary developers and management.
