Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) Engineering, Business Administration
- 6+ Years with Unmanned Systems (UAS & UAV)
- Program Manager/Technical Lead with DoD contracts
- Active Clearance Level preferred or Ability to obtain security clearance required.
- Must have Aerospace or Defense Contractor industry experience developing Statements of Work and manage sub-contractors
- Experience with seeing programs through full lifecycle
- Experience with financial oversight of programs including:
- Cost Analysis Skills – Earned Value, Forecasting, Budget Management
- Creating Proposals & Estimates for Fixed Fee, Cost Plus & Time and Materials contracts
Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets and forecasts to control program expenses
- Forecast product inventory, cashflow, production requirements
- Creates proposals and for additional sales
- Create and owns product roadmaps
- Interfaces closely with Manufacturing division for production planning
