Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years experience, or equivalent
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles, processes, and methodologies
- Experience in data analysis, business-relevant conclusions, and data visualization techniques and tools
- Excel proficiency required; VBA, SQL, JMP, Qlik, Access, QuickBase, SAP, or Matlab skills highly valued
- Process knowledge in PLM and ERP systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Product Configuration Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Intel Copy Exactly!, Field Service, or Logistics/Spares experience
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering development and release processes, from communication tools to engineering practices
- Develop evaluation methods to assess process strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally to align requirements and functionality with stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and effective training programs
- Present project plans to senior management, gain buy-in, deliver results on time and within budget, and manage cross-functional teams with diverse talents
