Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of related support of qualification/certification of products that adhere to FAA and RTCA DO160 Standards.
- Must have Project Management, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Past experience with Design/Development of aircraft interior components or systems in aerospace environments.
- Develop Test plans for products.
- Solidworks Background (CATIA a plus)
- Knowledge of EPDM and FEA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept to delivery for refrigeration systems for Private and commercial aircrafts.
- Communicate, present project status, actions taken, make recommendations to expedite process.
- Initiate ECO/ECN process and implement design changes as needed.
- Create proof of concept prototype test plans for products
- Provide Date Collection and Test reports to support designs.
