Job Description
Qualifications:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, company quality protocols, and client specifications.
- Preferably possess a background in design (Creo), NPI experience, and a focus on managing System-Product/Process development projects.
- Demonstrate experience in managing projects to meet budget, milestones, and planning, encompassing design choices, quality standards, supplier relationships, and manufacturing until commercial launch.
- Meet internal deliverables while satisfying client requirements.
- Contribute to project objectives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Apply effective problem-solving techniques and leverage feedback efficiently.
- Implement quality standards, maintain procedural compliance, and manage controlled documentation.
- Familiarity with Quality System, Process Approach, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Requirements:
- Manage System-Product/Process development projects, ensuring adherence to budget, milestones, planning, design choices, quality standards, supplier relationships, and manufacturing until commercial launch.
- Establish QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives for system-product/process developments and initiate activities to achieve these objectives.
- Maintain a balance between performance, costs, and deadlines, prioritizing quality.
- Present project milestones to the steering committee or any necessary arbitration for validation.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing comprehensive information on project scope, specifications, and encountered issues throughout the company.
