Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-15 years airframe qualification requirements verifying Aerospace product performance / qualification testing
- Must have FAA Part 25 and EASA CS Part 25 requirements related to airborne In- Flight Entertainment equipment
- Hands-on experience with
- Electrical/EMI and ENV test procedures, Set up and wiring
- Temperature and pressure chambers
- LRU qualification testing
- Vibration and Acceleration test equipment
- Feedback devices such as accelerometers and thermocouple
- Experience in the Development and authoring of test plans
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional teams: Design and Software groups
- Identify support equipment, execute performance verification and Automated Test Procedures
- Collect data for the development of Qualification Test Procedures
- Support pre-qualification testing activity
- Work with third-party laboratories
- Manage all activities related to the execution of formal qualification test program from:
- Test schedule (chronological order of test activities)
- Set up and integration of test lab and support equipment
- Regularly-scheduled status reports
- Collect test lab data, review lab report
- Create Qualification Test Reports needed to demonstrate compliance to the established requirements
