Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent blend of education and experience
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Profound knowledge of quality management systems and adept at interpreting technical drawings
- Strong understanding of the machining process with a focus on quality assurance
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve quality issues as needed
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including PFMEA’s, drawings, inspection plans, and flowcharts
- Manage the company’s gage program for calibration, maintenance, and procurement
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns
- Oversee corrective actions and conduct internal audits
- Deliver quality management system training
- Perform other assigned duties with a focus on quality enhancement.
