Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- BS – Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control of industrial manufacturing of complex electromechanical equipment (Thermal or Cooling equipment preferred)
- Fluent in Mandarin, able to travel overseas
- Strong knowledge of quality standards – ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Certification in quality assurance – ASQ, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- Strong familiarity with FMEA, SPC, UL certification, IEC 60950, 62368
- Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA processes to ensure products meet specifications during the development phase.
- Provide assistance for FA from RMA or address issues raised by clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, production, suppliers) to establish standards, processes, and guidelines that promote quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and process audits to identify potential quality issues early in the production lifecycle.
- Implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
- Conduct inspections and tests of products to identify quality issues during or after production.
- Develop and maintain QC checklists, test plans, and inspection procedures for materials, components, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
