Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum of B.S in ME, EE, IE or Manufacturing Engineering. MS preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Expert in quality engineering with background in robotics and/or semiconductor equipment
- Strong knowledge of reliability modeling and apportionment
- Solid understanding of GR&R, HALT, HASS, F47, ESD, EMC, and ISTA testing
- Proficient with instrumentation and computer tools for data collection
- Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Must be able to multi-task, adapt to change and work within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Strong project management skills
- Solid knowledge in digital system development building process workflows, tasks, and notifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- MES, Six Sigma Black Belt, Digital Manufacturing & Design Technology (DM&DT)
- Knowledge of SEMI standards
- Investigate product failures and determine root cause
- Troubleshoot failures and malfunctions
- Generate containment, plan and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on quality defect resolution
- Perform error code analysis
- Analyze NC trends, yield, QPPM and generate quality scorecards
- Analyze current and future needs
- Conduct internal and external factory audits
- Support and lead process improvement activities
- Writes reports and present project status
- Interface with (customers) on deliverables and manage programs
