Qualifications
- 7+ years in a manufacturing quality environment.
- Required experience in Electrical Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in manufacturing quality management and program development.
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Thorough knowledge of product testing, SOPs, and defining quality metrics.
- Experience with MRP/ERP and MES systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Broad technical knowledge in a mechanical and/or electrical discipline.
- Develop and implement quality standards and procedures aligned with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular process audits and inspections to identify non-compliance.
- Collect and analyze quality data to report on key quality metrics (e.g., Cost of Non-Quality, First Time Yield).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Perform rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor vendor and internal quality performance, tracking metrics like vendor non-conformance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all quality compliance standards.
- Conduct training on quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve quality goals
