Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology or equivalent technical area
- Certification from ASQ, CQT, CQE
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP software, MS Office
- Strong familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), metrology tools, statistical data analysis software, inspection equipment (Keyence, Zeiss, Visionx), and tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges…etc.)
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, Continuous Improvement
- Ability to multitask, be highly organized, effective in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety by adhering to and supporting all company safety policies and procedures.Â
- Support key aspects of the Quality Management System, continuous process improvement, supplier development, and customer engagement.
- Responsible for Quality procedures
- A strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and formal problem-solving methodologies is essential. Actively participate in Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
- Lead quality initiatives and facilitate cross-functional quality improvement teams as needed.
- Independently manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes across departments.
- Monitor and drive improvements in key quality performance metrics, including Defect Parts Per million (DPPM), On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cost of Quality, First Pass Yield, Internal Audit Results, and Supplier Performance.
- Work with Holdware in reducing quantity, disposition, analyzing, training, providing status and reports.
