Job Description
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering; Radar or Radio Certification is an advantage
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronics components such as CMOS, PLCs, Ultra High Frequency RF, microwave technologies
- Depth of experience troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing complex RF electronics
- Ability to red-line or drafting skills in AutoCAD is helpful
- Hands-on with test equipment and hand-tools, power tools such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, EMC testing, etc.
- Ability to write and work based off of testing, assembly, maintenance, operation procedures
- Responsible for the troubleshooting and diagnostics of system failures
- Create test procedures for electronics circuitry and high power supplies as well as prototype equipment
- Analyze circuit and system requirements to better inform testing efforts
- Write calibration and troubleshooting guides as well as create rough sketches for operation of components and systems/equipment
