RMA Technician

Job Description

Qualifications:
  • AS Degree in Electronics, Engineering, IT, or other related fields
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) experience
  • Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical assemblies and electronic equipment
  • Experience using various test equipment, such as meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies, to diagnose and repair electronic components
  • Soldering experience preferred
  • Experience receiving and inspecting returned products, documenting issues and resolutions
Responsibilities: 
  • Diagnose product issues and determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund
  • Repair electronic assemblies and components
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all RMA transactions
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate the RMA process
