Job Description
Qualifications:
- BSEE/BSEET degree
- 3-5 years of electrical engineering/drafting experience (AutoCAD or E3)
- Expertise in variable frequency drives, with preference for Rockwell/Siemens PLC/VFD programming
- NEC and Canadian electrical code knowledge
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and customer-focused skills
- Proficient in reading and marking up engineering drawings
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Project Managers and Engineers
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Create diagrams and drawings based on schematics or customer information
- Lead projects, providing technical supervision and collaborating on work requirements
- Design electrical controls, ensuring compliance with codes and company standards
- Contribute to problem resolution in manufacturing processes
- Provide input for design improvements and modify existing circuit designs
