Job Description
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.

Proficiency in FactoryLogix, MES, ERP, and PCB CAD systems such as Altium, Valor, or Mentor.

Deep understanding of SMT, Through-Hole, and system assembly processes including reflow and wave solder optimization.

Expertise in process validation, FAI, SPC, DOE, and yield improvement.

Experience leading NPI builds and developing assembly processes from prototype through production release.

Application of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving tools such as 8D methodology.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required per ITAR regulations.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies in high-mix low-volume environments while ensuring process repeatability and cost efficiency.

Lead NPI and prototype builds by validating manufacturability, conducting cross-functional kickoff meetings, and tracking lessons learned.

Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to reduce downtime and improve quality yield.

Create and maintain Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), routing definitions, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO).

Conduct root cause analysis on production data to identify recurring defects and implement corrective actions
