Job Description

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus 
  • Minimum of 5-7 years product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching SaaS and Hardware products. 
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and project management. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Google Analytics, Mixpanel). 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation. 
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and user feedback to inform product development. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. 
  • Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and iteration, ensuring timely and successful delivery. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact. 
  • User Experience: Ensure a high-quality user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers and incorporating user feedback into product improvements. 
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. 
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships to drive product adoption and loyalty. 
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development, launch, and market performance.
