Job Description
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s Degree is Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or other relevant Engineering disciplines
- 5 or more years of experience in reliability engineering
- Semiconductor or medical device capital equipment experience
- Reliability testing for stages, lasers, light sources acceptable
- Experience using ReliaSoft BlockSim and building models in BlockSim
- Experience with LabView or other Data Acquisition and control software
- HALT, HASS analysis
- Experience with reliability modeling of mechanical assemblies and components (stages, precision alignment components, moving parts...etc.)
- Predict, measure and analyze the reliability of mechanical designs, process specification and software programs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Develop test plans, implement reliability tests, track test results and documentation
- Provide input for Design for Reliability issues
- Predict life of components based on HALT/HASS testing and results
- Develop Reliability Best Practices for product, assembly, components
