Job Description
Qualifications:
- Masters/PhD in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 year experience
- Semiconductor capital equipment experience
- Experience with Ansys Fluent
- Heavy emphasis on Simulation. There will only be light design
- Heavy CFD and Thermal Analysis. Some structural analysis
- UGNX experience, Will consider candidates with SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor as well
- Understanding of material properties and material science
- Finite Element analysis (Thermal and Structural)
- Understanding of heating and cooling systems
- Perform CFD Thermal Analysis
- Perform stress analysis to validate designs
- Perform in house testing on part
- Make minor changes to existing designs
- Design vacuum chambers
