Job Description
\Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in an architecture or technical leadership role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented design
- Experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems
- Familiarity with cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices architectures
- Experience with secure coding, identity management, and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
- Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and build business cases
- Experience with motion/robotics, real-time operating systems, and event-driven architecture preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and encourage teammates toward shared goals
- Gather and analyze requirements, prototype quickly, and support colleagues and customers with your expertise
- Design end-to-end solutions that meet business, regulatory, and performance needs; define standards, coding practices, and design patterns across teams
- Drive key architectural decisions, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate complex concepts into clear strategies for cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
