Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated focus on UI/UX
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric software products
- Advanced understanding of user experience design principles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX-driven product development
- Proficiency in UX research methodologies and usability testing techniques
- Agile development methodologies
- Experience with design thinking and user-centered design approaches
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centered product experiences
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on user experience insights, market research, and business objectives
- Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) that explicitly outline user interface and experience specifications
- Perform comprehensive user journey mapping and experience analysis
- Develop and track user experience KPIs alongside traditional product metrics
- Ensure consistency and excellence in user interface design across all product touchpoints
