Job Description
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or Software Engineer
- Semiconductor process equipment
- Experience with AI ChatBot projects
- Agile Methodologies
- Strong understanding of Scrum, and Kanban
- Strong Project management experience dealing with Software developers, Data Scientists, UX/UI designers
- Strong understanding of natural language processing, machine learning fundamentals, and chatbot architectures
- Define and maintain technical roadmaps for chatbot development initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate dependencies between AI model development, backend infrastructure, frontend integration, and testing teams
- Establish and track key performance indicators for chatbot accuracy, response time, and user satisfaction
- Drive adoption of DevOps and MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
