Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of procurement experience in computer, electronics, or hardware manufacturing
- Proficiency with SAP ERP (Buyer module)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
- Flexible across diverse commodities and eager to grow professionally
- Experience managing both direct and indirect procurement categories
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance priorities between multiple sites and regions
- Data-driven decision-making skills with ability to avoid reactive procurement
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships
- Understanding of cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery metrics
- Mandarin Fluency Required
Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement activities using SAP ERP (Buyer module) for both direct and indirect categories
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery
- Analyze and prioritize global requests and apply sound judgment and data-driven insights to avoid reactive decision-making
- Troubleshoot procurement and supply chain issues and escalate critical matters as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs and continuously learn and adapt to new categories, suppliers, and market conditions
