Job Description
Qualifications :
- BS in Engineering
- 5+ years experience in Engineering/Field Service role (must have experience working directly with customers)
- Technical understanding of automated production equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Provide remote technical support to customers who are installing or using equipment out in the field
- Review product specifications and designs to identify potential issues that require troubleshooting
- Determine if field service visits are required and schedule those visits with Field Service Coordinator
