Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years in the Semiconductor Equipment industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in a matrix organization and working with global suppliers.
- Strong proficiency in SAP
- Experience negotiating with OEM commodities partners
- Experience working with global suppliers
- Experience with qualifying and selecting new suppliers
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling.
- Lead supplier selection, expansion, and consolidation efforts to align with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure the delivery of all negotiated value and operational benchmarks.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive 3-year vision and organizational structure for assigned commodities that enhances differentiation and addresses availability, quality, and cost
- Lead complex sourcing and contractual negotiations to achieve annual objectives regarding cost, lead time, and flexibility
