Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Material Planning or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Planning in a high-volume manufacturing environment (electromechanical, electronics, consumer electronics)
- Proficient in using logistic software, MRP/ERP software (NetSuite, Oralcle, SAP…etc.) MS Office, Google Docs
- Experience working with external contract manufacturers (CM’s), 3rd Party Logistics (3PL’s)
- Strong customer service skills (internal customers, vendors, partners)
- Excellent documentation, data management skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, quality control, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
- Responsive to manufacturing/CM partners to ensure inventory, material planning, logistics of materials and components requirements are satisfied
- Responsive to internal customers to ensure inventory and logistics of finished products order fulfillment are supported and completed
- Manage CM/Suppliers/Vendors, 3PL engagements to ensure supply continuity and material readiness from proto into production.Â
- Coordinate and support resolution of issues in production, supply chain, logistics w/appropriate cross function (quality, mfg test, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy and completion of supply chain and logistics reports
