- Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or Industrial Field Preferred
- 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with some planning or procurement experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Adept in ERP tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP as well as WMS (warehouse management system) tools
- Ownership and implementation of end-to-end supply chain across planning, procurement, warehouse, and inventory management
- Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to supply chains
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Own the development and execution of optimize supply chain processes from planning through to warehouse operations
- Standardize and automate workflows; create supply chain solutions within tools spanning ERP, WMS, and QMS
- Use lean manufacturing knowledge to reduce waste and ensure operations are scalable
- Collaborate with engineering departments to develop product roadmaps
- Leverage reports from data analytics teams for forecasting, demand planning, etc.
- Work with product teams and customers to inform decisions on tools and process implementation
