Job Description
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years related experience supporting laboratory automation or related field
- Experience with performing maintenance tasks and qualification of systems
- Experience with support ticketing systems (Jira is preferred)
- Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment
- Experience maintaining parts inventory through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Experience maintaining equipment records and daily work logs
- Build, test and troubleshoot equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Respond to service requests and repairs equipment as needed
- Clean and maintain lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment
- Maintain equipment records and daily work logs
- Monitor production systems and addressing any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure that safety guidelines are always adhered to within the laboratory
