Job Description
Qualifications:
- AA in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology
- Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel), AutoCAD, SolidWorks a plus
- Experience working with complex, electromechanical equipment (robotics, capital equipment, automated machinery)
- Experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment, systems, components
- Experience with soldering, wire harness for hardware subsystems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, assembly drawings
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, test and measurement instruments
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a cGMP or GMP environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in assembling complex medical equipment (consoles, robotics, vision systems, cameras, sensors)
- Use mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and BOM’s to perform assembly according to specifications and required tolerances
- Assist in the assembly, test, and troubleshooting of complex automation systems and equipment
- Support the documentation of assembly and test procedures as well as test data
- Comply with industry and company safety standards and practices
