Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in engineering or technical project management
  • Expert proficiency with project management tools to build, maintain, and report on schedules, dependencies, risks, and execution status
  • Strong understanding of new product development (NPD) and stage gate processes including planning, execution, reviews, and release readiness
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional technical programs and maintain execution discipline
  • Electrical/Embedded Electronics experience preferred
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify execution risks, gaps, and blockers to escalate issues effectively
  • Relevant project experience leading NPD projects from start to finish
  • Ability to maintain structure, accuracy, and urgency in fast-paced technical environment
  • Clear communicator and self-motivated go-getter

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of system-level technical programs with focus on execution visibility, cross-functional coordination, and risk management
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking based on approved scope and technical inputs from Systems Engineering and Product Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across systems engineering, hardware, firmware, QA, manufacturing, supply chain, and product teams to support execution
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependency conflicts and escalate promptly to Systems Engineering leadership for resolution
  • Prepare and communicate clear status updates, risk summaries, and execution forecasts to stakeholders and leadership, and organize internal training activities to support product readiness
