Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a technical trainer for semiconductor or capital equipment, strong hands-on electromechanical inclination
- Previous experience developing training programs, developing curriculum for online and in-person trainings for technical customers such as technicians and field service engineers
- Experience tracking attendance and progress of courses
- Hands-on experience in training for electromechanical systems; software/UI experience for systems helpful, too
- Ability to travel up to 30% of time to local Bay Area customers
- Improve and develop classes for internal team and customers
- Write training materials such as guides and reference sheets to improve the abilities of field engineers to support customers and troubleshoot common equipment issues
- Create reports on class attendance, completion rates/progress, as well as trainee feedback about training curriculum
- Up to 30% travel to customer locations for training
