Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years as a maintenance technician
- Experience working with injection molding machines
- General knowledge of the injection molding process
- Pneumatic and hydraulic experience troubleshooting molding machines
- Electrical experience is a nice to have
- Ability to troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to production equipment and building systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety features

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to all production equipment including injection molding machines
- Perform routine planned preventive maintenance on all production equipment and monitor and maintain safety features
- Display general knowledge of injection molding process and coordinate contract and field service work as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems as needed and perform routine planned preventive maintenance to critical building systems
- Utilize PDCA to solve problems and drive continuous improvements, and execute 5S procedures and standards
