- AA degree or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience in Material Handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably within a hardware or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Arena NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and basic Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail—you’re the person who catches a missing digit in a serial number.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal engineering and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials, perform visual inspections for damage, and execute systematic put-away in designated warehouse locations.
- Production Kitting: Accurately pull and "kit" components based on Work Orders (WOs) to ensure the assembly team has exactly what they need, when they need it.
- Execute daily cycle counts and investigate variances. Maintain a high level of "5S" organization (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in all storage areas.
- Transport sensitive equipment and high-value materials between departments using forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or manual carts.
- Update the ERP/MRP system in real-time to reflect material movements, ensuring the digital twin of our inventory matches the physical reality.
- Manage the removal of production waste and the recycling of specialized packaging materials to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
